Sometimes this blog gets a bit too highfalutin’ for its own good. At times like that, it’s good to take a step back and remember what attracted me to animation in the first place—the sheer fun of it. Jodie Haslam’s film Frogline is adorable. The drawings are beyond cute. The song is wonderfully goofy—I don’t even mind that it has been bouncing around my head on and off for over a year now. The frog is wearing boots. What more do you need?
