**CANCELLATION POLICY**

We appreciate that people’s plans and circumstances can change, and that sometimes it will be necessary to cancel your registration in a workshop. However, since our workshops are so small, last-minute cancellations can be very difficult for us to deal with—we need time to make sure that we can reach out to members on the waiting lists for the workshops, and to be sure that we have the minimum enrolment we need to run each event.

Participants will receive a full refund on fees paid for workshops that are cancelled by the student at least two weeks in advance of the first day of class. If a workshop is cancelled by the participant within two weeks of the first day of class, Quickdraw will retain a processing fee of 25% of the full cost of the course.

In the event that Quickdraw needs to cancel the workshop, whether due to COVID-19 precautions or other circumstances, participants will receive a full refund.
